One Zero Ten Pty Ltd (“One Zero Ten”, “we”, “us”) runs onezeroten.io. This policy explains, in plain English, what personal information we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you get in touch, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name and your answers to any questions on the form.

We collect this from:

  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) lead forms
  • our website
  • Cal.com when you book a call

Why we collect it

We use your information to contact you about your enquiry and to book a discovery call with you.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the service providers we use to run the business, such as Meta, Cal.com, Google Workspace, and our CRM and email tools.

We never sell your personal information.

Storage and security

Your information may be stored overseas by these service providers. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access or disclosure.

Access, correction and opting out

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing cameron.smith@onezeroten.io.

If you don’t want to hear from us, reply “no thanks” to any message we send, or email cameron.smith@onezeroten.io and we’ll stop contacting you.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we’ve handled your information, please contact us first at cameron.smith@onezeroten.io so we can try to fix it.

If you’re not happy with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at https://www.oaic.gov.au.
